Dear taxi drivers! Let's talk today about a new type of business - Licensing agency!

Before this update, licenses were purchased from the system, this was part of the project's income. Now this part belongs to the users!

Anyone can open their own Agency, get accredited, and start earning issuing licenses!

This is a major update, because along with the new business, we have developed a number of new functions that will be very useful now and in the future, such as: employees in companies, the ability to do some work in the company, several accounts within the company and a number of other updates.

We have also developed Skills. Now, to become an employee of the Agency, you need to study the "Licensing" skill. You get a skill of level 1, then, to pump it up, you need to use it at work!

The more often we use it, the faster we pump it up! And the higher the level, the more efficient the work: the issuance of a license is accelerated, energy consumption is reduced.

So, for each level, the speed of issuing licenses increases by 10%! A total of 70 skill levels are available. At level 70, an employee will speed up the issuance of licenses 8.9 times (890%) more efficiently than at level 1!

What makes Agencies unique?

Firstly, owners no longer have reasons to set the lowest prices for their services, hoping to snatch the most clients, since the agency cannot cover all levels, but only four levels out of eight!

Secondly, a low price now means a short-term license, and does everyone need a short-term one? Not at all. Therefore, more expensive offers with longer terms will appear. Such offers will of course be more expensive. Companies will have to spend crystals to extend the license term. And crystals can only be obtained for money, so the price will be higher.

Thirdly, employees help the company earn money, and do not directly bring money to the company! This is a completely new format for us and for the RuNet!

Now let's calculate the economy!

Today we will build a new business! Make yourself comfortable, we will tear off the covers!

We will calculate the profitability based on three months, since the cyclicality of expenses is 3 months. Also, we will work exclusively on 4 levels - it is easier to calculate, and the level is weighted average.

We calculate the initial investment:

– Agency: 13,200 rubles.
– 4 workstations at 3,990 rubles each: 15,960 rubles.
– Accreditation for 3 months: 12,900 rubles. (hereinafter the price is 6,500 rubles.)

Total investment will be: 42,060 rubles.

Now let's calculate what our income can be!

Our input: Let's assume that the workload of our workstations will be 100% (we can always reduce it later). We assume that we will have 4 employees of level 35, with a salary of 20%. At the same time, 4 machines can receive a license from us, since there are 4 workstations.

So let's begin! To begin with, let's calculate what prices we should set for our services?
Let's assume that we want to issue licenses to everyone for a period of 90 days. For this, we will need 1,269 crystals for one level 4 machine. The lowest price for one crystal is 0.1 rubles. This means that for the company the expense will be approximately 126 rubles per car.

Okay, we also have a tax equal to 25% of the cost of services, it will also need to be included in the cost.

Let's make the price, with direct payment, equal to 400% of the base cost. This will be approximately 400 rubles. direct payment. The production time will be 1 day and 19 hours. Hundred mines at level 35 can significantly speed up production. Thus, the license issuance period will be approximately 8 hours.

So, we get the following picture: based on 100% service load, we will serve 12 clients of level 4 every day, which in total gives revenue of 4,800 rubles /day.

Next, let's subtract the costs of wages and taxes.

The salary will be: 4,800 rubles. * 80% * 20%

80% = absolute acceleration, in relation to the base term (employees accelerated the issuance by 80%), which means they are entitled to this percentage of the cost of the service.

20% = employees' salaries.

Total:

– Salary will be: 768 rubles.
– Salary tax is 20%: 768 * 20% = 153 rubles.
– Tax on the provision of services is 25%: 4,800 * 25% = 1,200 rubles.

Now we calculate: from the revenue we subtract the salary (768 rubles.) and the tax (153 + 1 200 rubles.).

Total "net" 4 800 - 768 - 1200 - 153 = 2 679 rubles / day. Now, having summed up all the calculations, we can multiply this figure by a work period of three months.

Total for three months of work "net" we can get the sum of 254,880 rubles.

Don't forget about the rent every week! The cost 290 rubles. for one workstation. Total rent: 290 rubles. x 4 (workplaces) x 12 (number of weeks) = RUB 13,920 is the rental cost for three months.

Now, if we subtract the basic investment and rent, the absolute profit can be 202,890 rubles.

Excellent result, bravo!

Of course, these calculations are idealized, and take into account only 100% agency workload. We take into account that everyone will pay direct payment, which is most likely not the case. But even if we try to take these factors into account, and take them, for example, for a 200% decrease in profitability, the agency will still be very profitable!

Of course, real competition will show how things will really be, but the dry numbers tell us - An agency is a great way to earn money!

A new type of business is not just "buy and wait for profit" - it is something more!

Here you need to develop your own strategy: what taxi levels to focus on; What is the license issuance period to focus on? Conduct an analysis of the terms for which other agencies issue permits, which of the “terms” is free from competition, and so on!
