Gentlemen taxi drivers, we are in a hurry to share with you the details of a new type of business in the vastness of Taxi-Money!
The most important question is how much can you earn on Recycling Companies? The answer will surprise you - over 40% of the price of the recycled car! How is this unique figure obtained? Let's figure it out together!
Let's imagine that "we" are an ordinary taxi driver who knows nothing about the actual numbers, values, multipliers, bonuses, disbonuses in the new business. "We" will simply go all the way as an ordinary user, and try to answer - how much can we earn in this new miracle business?
"We" thought for a long time, walked, decided, doubted, counted ... and finally decided! And finally, we just bought a brand new business!
We rub our hands and get ready to make fabulous profits! What shall we call it? How about something original!? Let it be "Taxifactory"!
Let's start counting our investments:
- Company value - 16,500 TXM.
- License to provide services to everyone - 1,999 TXM. It's good that we have 2000 TXM in our account from the start. We pay with them, we don't record them as expenses.
Let's start looking - how does it all work here? Here's how! A taxi driver puts his car (taxi or bulldozer) in the scrap yard. The company pays him the cost of the equipment, and in return receives coal. Then we add ore, and smelt the coal and ore into ingots, which we sell on the exchange. What about the prices of minerals? Let's see... Coal can be sold for 60 TXM each, and an ingot - for 180 TXM, we wrote it down. Let's move on. What are our options?
What about increasing the amount of coal mined? At the 6th level of the workplace, you can get as much as +30% coal. Well, everything is obvious here - let's go increase the level of the workplace! Wait... to upgrade to level 6 we need to upgrade the building in Polis to the last, 12th level... well, let's go and do it:
So, our investment increases by:
- A fully upgraded building is 48400 TXM in Polis.
- A fully upgraded level 6 workplace is 2900 + 3900 + 4900 + 5900 + 6900 = 24500 TXM
Now the capital investment is 89400 TXM.
Oh-oh-okay. Sounds substantial! Of course, in a new type of business, the initial capital investment is significantly more than just buying a taxi. But we, as an ordinary user, will hope that the income here should be appropriate!
Running a little ahead, we will say that Recycling Companies are a completely different league in terms of profitability.
What else can we do? There is some specialization here... something interesting - we can still increase coal production, but for specific types of equipment. Okay! Let's leave this for now, we'll figure it out later. It's time to open the doors to taxi drivers!
First client
So, our first client comes to us in an old, worn-out "Optima"! We put this old, rusty wreck in for recycling. To simplify all the calculations: the wear and tear of this wreck was such that we paid the taxi driver only 249.5 TXM. We take only one client so that our math is pristine. We are waiting for the employees to completely utilize this trough, so that we have all the figures at hand. We have 15 employees with a salary of 20% - we pay salaries to employees, sell coal. That's it! Now we have absolutely all the input data to calculate how much we can earn.
So, let's go!
- Cost of the car — 249.5 TXM.
- Received coal — 6.487 (excluding specialization).
- Revenue from the sale of Coal — 389.22 TXM (at a price of 60 TXM).
- After deducting the district tax, received — 350.3 TXM.
- Wages expenses — 11.22 TXM (with a salary of 20%).
- Employee wage tax (20%) — 2.24 TXM.
- Crystal expenses — 24.95 TXM.
- Total — 311.88 TXM.
We receive a profit — 25%!
But you can squeeze more out of Recycling Companies!
Working only for the sale of ore, you can have 25% from each recycled car! Very good! But how much per day can we process "Optima"? A fully tested car, with two maintenance, without pumping and upgrades will take only two hours of processing, The processing speed of such "Optima" is 2 hours with a full tyu pumped up employees.
But let's be realistic! It's unlikely that they'll hand over only these "bare" "Optimas". Let's say the average price of a worn-out "Optima" is 700 TXM. In this case, employees will need about 6 hours to completely recycle it. Which is about 4 "Optimas" per day.
The revenue will be 700 TXM per day at full capacity. Or much higher if someone brings you a "Maybach"! :)
So, on one ore we can make 25% net profit on one recycled car! If we take a worn-out "Optima", this is an average of 700 TXM profit per day for one workplace, or 2800 TXM per day - from four workplaces.
What will be the payback period if I upgrade all 4 windows?
Let's calculate:
- 26,400 TXM (purchase and upgrade of a workstation) × 3 = 79,200 TXM.
- Base cost of the company is 89,400 TXM.
- Total expenses are 168,600 TXM.
- Profit from ore per day is 2,800 TXM.
- Payback period is 60 days.
- Annual profit is 1200% per year!
"Wow!" you think, rubbing your hands! Payback in just two months!? That's 1200% per annum! You haven't seen such a business in Taxi-Money! But that was just ore... and now, let's calculate how much you can earn on remelting!
We will remelt Coal and Palladium. The cost of Palladium is 8.5 - if you buy it on the exchange at the average price.
We see that we need 1.5 coal and 8.82 palladium to get 1.4 ingots. Okay, let's go count! We buy all this on the exchange at an average price and start remelting. We wait for our brave employees to smelt the ore and coal into ingots. We pay the salary, sell the ingot and go count the profit!
Profitability of processing:
- Palladium price — 74.79 TXM.
- Coal price on the exchange — 75 TXM.
- We get 1.4 ingots at the output.
- Received from the sale of ingots (at 180 TXM) — 252 TXM.
- After deducting the district tax, we received — 226.8.
- Wages expenses (at a rate of 20%) — 6.75 TXM.
- Employee salary tax (20%) — 1.35 TXM.
- Crystal expenses — 9.75 TXM.
- Total proceeds — 210.3 TXM.
Total profit — 40.20%!
Now it's time to say "Wow-u-u-u!" 40% for one ingot — now this can really be called another league in terms of profitability!
And we haven't even taken into account that coal can be produced ourselves, instead of buying it on the exchange! And also that we bought it on the exchange at the average price, and not at the lowest — which can often be found in the middle of a hot day!
And we haven't figured out specialization yet! After all, it allows you to increase your profit! Using specialization points, we can increase Coal production by another 15%!
That is, the profitability of 25% and 40% is not final, it can be even more! And which one - we leave it to you as homework!
So, dear ladies and gentlemen, we hope that now you will approach the issue of purchasing a Recycling Company with more confidence!
Profits and smiles to all!
